Auxier Kline is pleased to present All Summer Long, a group exhibition of thirteen artists inspired by the carefree optimism, nostalgia, and cultural mythology of the summer season. Borrowing its title from the Beach Boys' beloved 1964 anthem, the exhibition brings together artists whose works explore the season as both a lived experience and a state of mind. The paintings included in the exhibition examine the many themes of the season - from freedom and leisure to memory, desire, transformation, and escape. Like the song that inspired its title, the exhibition captures a feeling that is at once personal and collective.
